What is SPONDYLITIS?

Our spinal cord bears much of the strain of everyday life . It is responsible for supporting the upper body’s weight and facilitating movement. Spondylitis, sometimes referred to as “spondyloarthritis,” is a form of arthritis that commonly occurs in the spine, although it can affect other joints as well. The joints of the neck, back and pelvis become inflamed, causing pain and stiffness.

The symptoms of Spondylitis vary from person to person. The most common are:

  • Having obesity
  • Smoking
  • Excessive use of alcohol
  • Any eralier problems relating to joints or vertebrates

    Spondylitis is a condition that requires proper medication ands attention for its solution.The following are some of the treatment measures of Spondylitis:

  • Stay active. It is important to do regular sports and activities for general fitness and wellbeing
