About Composition

Thiamine (Vitamin B1):

Thiamine is important in the breakdown of carbohydrates from foods into products needed by the body. Thiamine is needed to make adenosine triphosphate (ATP), the body's main energy-carrying molecule, within the mitochondria of cells. Thiamine helps in the conversion of carbohydrates into glucose, which is the preferred source of energy that the body runs off of to keep our metabolism running smoothly. Thiamine also helps break down proteins and fats too. It also plays an important role in the production of red blood cells, which are used for ongoing energy. The main features are :
  • Carbohydrate metabolism
  • Appetite maintenance
  • Nerve function
  • Growth & muscle tone.

Riboflavin (Vitamin B2):

Vitamin B2 also referred to as riboflavin, plays a key role in energy production.Vitamin B2 is used by the body to metabolize food for energy and to maintain proper brain, nerve, digestive, and hormone function. Vitamin B2 is needed in order to break down proteins into amino acids, fats, and carbohydrates in the form of glucose. This helps convert nutrients from food into usable bodily energy that helps to maintain a healthy metabolism. Vitamin B2 riboflavin plays a role in maintaining collagen levels. The main features are :
  • Carbohydrate, fat & protein metabolism
  • Needed for cell respiration & mucous membranes
  • Maintains Energy Levels
  • Promotes Development and Growth

Niacin(Vitamin B3):

Niacin helps the body break down carbohydrates, fats and proteins into energy by helping enzymes properly do their work. It is a key component of NADP and NAD, two coenzymes that are involved in cellular metabolism. It include maintaining good blood circulation, help in normal functioning of the brain, boosting memory power, aiding the digestive tract to absorb sufficient carbohydrates, Proteins, and fats. The main features are :
  • Fatigue
  • Mental confusion and memory loss
  • Depression
  • Improves the function of Skin issues
  • Provides energy

Pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5):

Pantothenic acid, also called vitamin B5, is a water-soluble vitamin involved in the Kreb's cycle of energy production and is needed to make the neurotransmitter acetylcholine. It is also essential in producing, transporting, and releasing energy from fats. The main features are :
  • Boosts Immune System
  • Skin & Hair Care
  • Relieves Stress
  • Increases Hemoglobin Levels

Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6):

Vitamin B6 is also called pyridoxine. Vitamin B6 helps the body convert food into fuel, metabolize fats and proteins, maintain proper functioning of nerves, and produce red blood cells and maintain brain function. It is needed to maintain the health of nerves, skin and red blood cells. The main features are :
  • Formation of antibodies,
  • Red blood cells
  • Nerve function

Biotin:

Biotin, also known as vitamin H or B7, is a water-soluble .Biotin aids the body in breaking down carbohydrates, fats, and proteins for energy production. It also has roles in maintaining healthy skin, hair, and nervous system function. The main features are :
  • Promotes Skin, Hair and Nail Health
  • Necessary for Energy Metabolism
  • Helps in Healthy Immune System

Folate (Vitamin B9):

Folic acid is a form of vitamin B-9 that can dissolve in water. Folic Acid forms the building blocks of DNA and RNA, rapidly generating tissues such as red blood cells. It encourages cell and tissue growth. The main features are :
  • The synthesis and repair of DNA and RNA
  • Rapid cell division and growth

Vitamin B12:

It is needed to convert carbohydrates into glucose in the body, thus leading to energy production and a decrease in fatigue and lethargy in the body. It is essential for healthy skin, hair, and nails. It helps in cell reproduction and constant renewal of the skin. It helps in healthy regulation of the nervous system, reducing depression, stress, and brain shrinkage. The main features are :
  • Maintains nervous system
  • Blood cell formation.

Vitamin C:

Vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin that has quite a few biological functions. It acts as an antioxidant.Vitamin C is needed to make collagen, a substance used to strengthen many parts of the body such as muscles and blood vessels. Vitamin C also plays a role in building connective tissue and wound healing. It also delays the damaging effects of free radicals on the skin and body.
The main features are :
  • Boost up the immunity of the body and enhances the eye health
  • Helps regenerate other antioxidants in the body
  • Production of collagen and tissue repair in the body

Magnesium:

Magnesium is an essential mineral needed for bone, protein and fatty acid formation. It is also needed to make new cells, activate B Vitamins, relaxing muscles, clotting blood and the formation of the energy molecule ATP.
The main features are :
  • Strengthens Bones and calcium absorption
  • Increases Energy Levels
  • Nervous system regulation
